Language IO Production Service Interruption [Resolved]

Summary: Earlier today, users may have experienced a brief service interruption lasting approximately 60 seconds. The issue was isolated to the duration of a deployment window and resolved automatically once the update was finalized. All systems are currently 100% operational.

What Happened?: A procedural error occurred during a scheduled update, causing a deployment to initiate directly on live servers. This created a one-minute window where the application was temporarily unavailable while the new version was being initialized.

Monitoring & Response: Our internal monitoring and alerting systems triggered upon the first sign of increased errors. The service restored itself as soon as the deployment process concluded. Our engineering and quality assurance teams immediately verified system integrity and confirmed that all services remained healthy.

Next Steps: We are currently updating our deployment process to further enforce environment isolation and prevent similar deployment errors from occurring.
